BioHello! I am a true Cascadian, born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I am married. My husband and I are owned by a bossy, beautiful, senior tortoise shell cat. We live in the east end of Vancouver, which is filled with little neighborhoods and older homes. We have a small ramshackle cabin on Shuswap Lake (about 400 Km from Vancouver) that we like to spend time at in the Spring and Summer. Our city is hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics...what a mess getting prepared for that! All just for 2 weeks, ah well, it at least it will be interesting to meet people from all over the world! My favorite vacation was Burning Man! I love postcrossing, even though it seems every second postcard I get is from Finland...lol. My preferred postcard to receive is a picture of the city, town or country where the sender lives. I hope you enjoy my collection!
